The ASEAN Tourism Standards Awards recognise and honour excellence in tourism, highlighting adherence to quality standards, sustainable practices, and exemplary achievements by tourism establishments as part of efforts to increase the quality services and competitiveness of ASEAN as a high-quality destination. The award presentation ceremony was held recently in Cebu City, Philippines in conjunction with the ASEAN Tourism Forum 2026.

Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism presented the awards for Brunei Darussalam recipients. Among the recipients, Radisson Hotel was selected for the ASEAN Green Hotel Award category. Dewan An-Naura, Radisson Hotel and Dewan Utama Indera Samudra, The Empire Brunei were selected for the Meeting Room category. The ASEAN MICE Venue Award for the Exhibition Venue category was given to Dewan Utama Indera Samudra, The Empire Brunei and BRIDEX International Conference Centre.

These awards demonstrate Brunei Darussalam's commitment to delivering high quality experiences for international visitors while striving to position the Brunei Darussalam as a high-quality and attractive tourism destination.
